Not too much pressure to upsell warranty’s and other add ons.Was not happy there was no 30 or 60 day limited warranty like other dealers offered on a pre owned vehicle. Incredible customer service from the sprinter service department.Kevin, The Sprinter mechanic supervisor went above and beyond. We stopped in because our van was making a new/strange noise and we were concerned about driving over the pass. Without any delay, he hopped in and did a test drive with me to diagnose it, then sent me on my way once we determined that it was ok to drive.This is a level of service that I'm simply not accustomed to Typically, I would have had to wait hours, or schedule an appt a week or month later. But wow, big kudos to Kevin. Thank you!!

Completed work on time as promisedThe service staff at MB of Rocklin was fantastic. They did everything they could to resolve the issue.MBUSA was a bureaucratic nightmare. It took about 8 weeks to get a response after I called “customer service”. Manuel called me to tell me too bad, Mercedes would not stand behind their product. He was not truthful with me, twisting the words that the service manager at MB Rocklin had told him. Manuel said he “talked to” the service manager and was told that there was no evidence of a defect with the shattered roof glass. The service manager had told him that there was no way to tell if it was defective and he did not “talk to” Manuel…it was e-mail communication. Manuel also said there were no other similar situations, but this is the second time for me and there is the minor issue of a class action suit against Mercedes for the very same issue.I also did not have use of my car for that entire time. I do not appreciate being lied to by Manuel. He also said that both times the glass shattered, it was probably “environmental…if that is the case something better be done to assure against that event.Other than being reimbursed for the repairs to the defective glass I expect a communication from a decision maker at MBUSA if they at all care about customer service and retention.Again, I reiterate the great job the service personnel at MB of Rocklin did.I look forward to talking with MBUSA.Chuck Santoni
