My service manager told me that the service ("Service A") would take 90 minutes at the most, and so a loaner car would not be available. I called at the 90 minute point, but my service manager could not be reached. I was told that he would call me back. He did not call me back. I tried calling again. Eric was great! He met me as I drove my car in for new tires. He inspected my car prior to taking it to the service bays. I was impressed with the price of the tires being lower than many "tire service centers". During the inspection it was determined that I had a headlight out. The headlight was replaced in a very timely manner. He also advised me of a recall for my airbags and will work with me when it comes time to make that appointment. I am happy to be a customer of Rocklin Mercedes!

Consistency is important to me. I've had many visits to the service center in the past years and it has been a good experience from setting up appointments, explaining the service needs, scheduling loaner/transportation to completing work within a promised time. To top it off, they wash and clean my car every time. I recommend this service center and will continue to do business with them.

I took my car in a couple of times for the same issue.. each time we thought it was fixed it came back. On the third time, the problem was found and I was not charged for it. An expensive repair was done at their expense because they missed it the first two times. I am so thrilled with Wayne and the service department that I would never go any where else.

I was given a loaner since my car was in the shop for a week. Before I returned the car, I filled the tank with gas until the pump stopped and even topped it off. I was still charged $3.45 because it wasn’t 99% full - I have no idea how I’m supposed to know if the tank was 99% full or 96% full when got it but I thought it’s not a big deal - It’s not hurting my pocket book - but you’d think MB would have felt the same particularly that my repair bill was almost $1000 ...

Wayne does a good job. He was a great helped with the maintenance/service. The origin problem was a left headlight go out. Replaced same ($300). About a week later realized headlight was not aimed correctly. Back in for 'simple' alignment...had to replace entire mech. $2000, which Mercedes covered 75%. But took the car in on Wednesday 3 June, car not finished until Monday 8 June. A little disappointing for the long delay. Mercedes ordered wrong part first time.
Another great experience at MBoR. I keep coming back for service because it's not a typical dealer experience here. Instead, they are genuinely helpful, and don't rake you over the coals. Definitely recommended.

Couldn’t fix heat/ac as working when we got there. Not working and issue is off and on. Very frustrated We live 1hour away and have no way of knowing if we drive down again if they can see what it is doing, (blasting heat with no way to stop it)
