sensor failed and new part was ordered. Due to the 4th of July holiday the repair was delayed due to incoming part needed. Once the part was received the service department was right on it and my truck was returned washed and ready to go... Mercedes Rocklin’s service department and Eric Triebull are the best!

Got the car I wanted and MIchael Jackson went above and beyond to make the sale painless. I was very impressed with the whole dealership.
The service required an overnight stay for my car, and I was provided with transportation at no cost. The service was expensive, but this is my 4th Mercedes so it didn't come as a surprise. All of the work was performed in a professional manner, the service was explained in detail by my service manager. i was completely satisfied with the work done and the amount of time needed, especially being an AMG which means parts that aren't neccessarily in stock. Mine were and there were no delays. Very satisfied with the work and my service manager.
Greg Burnett was great man in the world to service my Springter, no where no other place can compare to him, i been to all other dealership no one can compare his job, thank you again GREG.

My service visit went as expected. I browsed the sales floor, and got engaged with a couple salesmen. The first younger man was nice and helpful. At one point I was passed on to a manager, who was rude, and insulting, not good for business guys!
Good costumer service and patience with the costume, he took his time with the costumes tell them everything we needed to know about the car and how to care for it.

I had to have my car towed 80 miles to Mercedes Benz of Rocklin from a local independent “German car repair expert” service center who after more than 3 weeks and nearly $3000 in diagnosis, parts and labor still couldn’t repair the problem. Scott and his team immediately and accurately diagnosed the issue. Scott kept in contact with me throughout the process with concise, professional and informative updates. Though the dealership is a bit of a drive, this experience with MB of Rocklin has assured me it will be worth the additional travel time spent for my future repair and maintenance needs.
