Michael Dougherty was great to work with. He gave me a loaner as I had to leave the car for a couple nights. After picking up my car and heading home to Grass Valley, the service engine light went on. Michael even offered to drive to Grass Valley to pick up my car and leave another loaner. My husband ended up driving the car back the next day and the problem was quickly taken care of.

I've had my '15 AMG in for service three times since I moved to Rocklin. Two of those were for scheduled service. I know there are some fantastic independent shops in the area but I've been super happy with the service department at Mercedes of Rocklin and I can't imagine going somewhere else just to save a buck or two. Mike is a genuine guy, communicates very well and goes out of his way to make things transparent and easy for his customers.

Eric, my service advisor was very responsive and informative. My only issue would be how long it took the car to be repaired. I've owned the car for one month and it was in the shop for 2 weeks. Other than that, the repairs were done nicely and the care looked great when I picked it up.

Came back for adjustment. The red flashing light on the drivers passing mirror didn't work and the air condition. It was fixed. But the red flashing light is out again. The trunk does not open with the key push button. Don't like the repeat of the system not working for a Mercedes quality. Not good!

It’s a beautiful, classy dealership. Everything was perfect. However, it only took one hotshot salesman to ruin my visit. When a salesman acts as though he walks on water it tends to leave a bad taste in one’s mouth. Selling 20+ units a month is outstanding. However, there are many outstanding car salesmen all over.I have a close friend that sells 30+ every month and never makes cold calls. He works for a Ford Dealership in Houston, Texas. Makes in excess of $200,000 a year. If you really think you walk on water, try it. Bet you’ll get wet.
If you're going there for the coffee, try somewhere else. But, if you're going there to have your Mercedes worked on, you couldn't find a better place. The people I dealt with were excellent in every aspect of the process.
