Took my Sprinter in for an emissions recall. Wayne set me up quick with an appointment without any hesitation and they had an opening right away. Repairs were done early in the day and during the multi point free inspection, they found some items that needed attention. After reviewing what was needed, I agreed to the repairs, which was very reasonable, and they were able to complete everything in one day!! Excellent communication.
