Service has been pretty good.It's a little disappointing that Mercedes cannot get customers an Uber to and from a residence if it's over 10 minutes away. Mercedes owners pay a lot to keep their vehicles serviced by Mercedes, and I have to pay my own way home and back.

Took my Sprinter in for an emissions recall. Wayne set me up quick with an appointment without any hesitation and they had an opening right away. Repairs were done early in the day and during the multi point free inspection, they found some items that needed attention. After reviewing what was needed, I agreed to the repairs, which was very reasonable, and they were able to complete everything in one day!! Excellent communication. Great customer service and awsome waiting area !! Greg Burnett in sprinter service is the best. I had to have my Winnebago view on a Sprinter chassis towed in. Greg waited for me till I got there at 8:30 PM. He had gotten to work at 7:00 that morning!! By the time we left he had been there for 14 hours. All the staff is very friendly.

Was pleased with follow up and professionalism. They didn’t pressure us to buy. Not too much pressure to upsell warranty’s and other add ons.Was not happy there was no 30 or 60 day limited warranty like other dealers offered on a pre owned vehicle. Felt like I was on my own as soon as I bought the vehicle.

Tony Alexan helped me with my first leased car with all the specs I was looking for. I had difficulty locating the exact specs(I had at least 3 different dealerships let me know California had no stock) and Tony worked miracles and had found it within hours! He guided me through as this was my first time with a Mercedes Benz car. I would love to return to this dealership in the future, even though it is about a 3 hour drive, it is worth it as everyone was friendly! Thank you Tony Alexan and also the other Tony who helped us with the finances part of the lease!
